Email is the only channel we monitor: editor@gametensis.com. We read everything and reply to most things, usually within a few working days. There is no telephone line and no postal desk.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a fact in an entry is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us what it says and what it should say.
- Suggestions. If a hotel fits one of the four categories and is not here, we are interested — though the index is small by design and most suggestions will not result in an entry.
- Editorial questions. How we select properties, how we write entries, how to cite the site.
- Rights. Queries about text or images published here.
What we cannot help with
We are not connected to any hotel in this index and have no access to their systems. That means we cannot check availability, quote a rate, make or amend a booking, pass on a request to a property, or resolve a complaint about a stay. For any of that, contact the hotel directly — their own website and reservations desk are the correct route, and the only reliable one.
Press and commercial approaches
We do not sell advertising, sponsored entries, placement or links, and we do not accept hosted stays in exchange for coverage. Approaches on those terms will not receive a reply.
